What Affects the Transfer Price?
The route is only one part of the quote. Vehicle size, pickup time, waiting time, additional stops, child seats and oversized luggage can also affect the final price. We confirm the vehicle and known costs before you pay, so you can compare the complete option rather than an incomplete base price.

Which airports do you serve?
We can help arrange transfers between Ha Long and major arrival points including Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi and Cat Bi Airport in Hai Phong, as well as other routes on request.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
The pricing basis depends on the route and vehicle. Before booking, we confirm the total price, vehicle type and any known extra costs.
What details should I send for a quote?
Please send your date, pickup time and location, destination, number of passengers, luggage details and any requirements such as a child seat.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Provide the correct flight number when booking. We use it to follow arrival changes and adjust the pickup whenever possible.
Are child seats available?
Child seats may be available by advance request. Tell us the child’s age and approximate size so we can check the correct option.
When is the transfer confirmed?
Your transfer is confirmed only after the route, price and vehicle availability are agreed and you receive written confirmation.
How it works
- Send your trip details. Route, date, pickup time and number of passengers.
- We confirm the price. We check availability with the transport provider and confirm the final price with you.
- Send your flight details. For airport pickup, send your flight number, passenger name in Latin characters and preferably a screenshot of the ticket.
- Receive driver details. Before the trip, we send the driver contact, car details, car photo if available and license plate number.
- Meet your driver. The driver tracks your flight and waits for your arrival, taking passport control and baggage claim time into account.
At Hanoi airport, column #4 is commonly used as a meeting point, but the exact pickup location is always confirmed with you before the trip.
